·                      10% down on date of auction

·                      Subject to a Buyer’s Premium  

·                      Sellers to furnish abstract showing marketable title

·                      Seller pays taxes payable in 2024 and all assessments

·                      Buyer pays taxes payable in 2025 and all assessments

·                      Only bidders that present or fill out a registration slip will be allowed into the auction

·                      All announcements at the auction take precedence over any prior announcements

·                      Seller reserves the right to not sell property at auction.
