10% down on date of auction
Sellers to furnish abstract showing marketable title
Seller pays taxes payable in 2024 and all assessments
Buyer pays taxes payable in 2025 and all assessments
Only bidders that present or fill out a registration slip will be allowed into the auction
All announcements at the auction take precedence over any prior announcements
Seller reserves the right to not sell property at auction.
Property under lease through 2024 crop year; Seller will retain all 2024 land rent. Property will be open to be farmed by buyer in 2025.
